I hate to follow up my own mail - but I realised after I sent it that
output_variable_type doesn't include real and realtime either. I think that
you'd probably need to add a new production:

        tf_io_variable_type: real
                        | realtime
                        | time
                        | integer

and use that in tf_input_declaration, tf_output_declaration and
tf_inout_declaration as I mentioned in my previous mail
