In 10.3.5 "Uses of constant functions", Bullet 2 says, "Any function invoked within a constant function shall be a constant function local to the current module. System functions shall not be invoked." Bullet 4 says, "All system functions within a constant function shall be illegal." This seems to duplicate bullet 2. |

In 10.3.5, in the 2nd constraint, delete the sentence "System functions shall not be invoked." |
